# How to Simplify Your Marketing Sales Process with a CRM Like HubSpot

If you're a small business owner trying to grow without feeling overwhelmed, you're not alone.

Many business owners I speak to are running their sales and marketing off spreadsheets, inboxes, and memory.

And while that might work in the early days, it doesn’t scale—and it definitely doesn’t support consistent growth.
