Your partner for storytelling-led marketing
I work with organisations and businesses to capture real stories from the work you are already doing, and turn them into marketing that people can understand, trust and connect with.
Storytelling-led marketing, shaped around your work
Most organisations and businesses are doing far more than they ever share.
There are conversations happening every day. Work being delivered. People showing up, solving problems, supporting others, building something that matters.
But when it comes to marketing, much of that gets lost. It becomes hard to explain, difficult to keep up with, or reduced to a few lines that never quite reflect what is really going on.
This is where my support comes in.
I work alongside you to capture the stories that already exist within your organisation or business, and turn them into marketing that feels natural, clear and consistent.
That starts with listening.
Spending time with your team, understanding the roles people play, what they care about and what their work looks like day to day. Speaking with your customers or the people you support, and hearing their experiences in their own words.
From these conversations, real stories begin to take shape.
These might become blogs, visual conversations, or audio pieces that give a fuller picture of your work. From there, they are shaped into shorter content such as social posts, short videos and website updates, so you have a steady, consistent way of sharing what you do.
For some, this helps people better understand the impact of your work.
For others, it builds trust with customers, supports recruitment, or simply makes it easier to talk about what you do.
The approach stays the same.
We focus on what is already there, and we build from it.
So your marketing becomes less about trying to come up with something new, and more about noticing, capturing and sharing what is already happening every day.

Storytelling-led marketing support
I work alongside you to make storytelling-led marketing something that happens consistently, not occasionally.
This is ongoing, practical support that fits around the work you are already doing, helping you capture and share it in a way that feels manageable and true to your organisation or business.
This can include:
Internal storytelling for team culture and recruitment
Capturing the stories of your team, how they work and what matters to them, helping you attract the right people and strengthen your culture from within.
Case studies and customer journeys
Sharing the experiences of your customers or the people you support, so others can clearly see the value of what you do and why it matters.
Founder and leadership stories
Helping you tell the story behind the business or organisation, building trust and giving people a clearer sense of your direction and values.
Behind-the-scenes storytelling
Showing how your work actually happens day to day, making your marketing feel more real, relatable and transparent.
Ongoing content planning and support
Putting a simple structure in place so storytelling becomes part of how you operate, rather than something that gets left behind when things get busy.
HubSpot setup and support
Supporting you with simple, practical use of HubSpot so your contacts, communication and marketing activity are organised and easy to manage alongside your storytelling.

HubSpot set up and support
Putting simple systems behind your storytelling-led marketing
If you are sharing more of your work through stories, you also need a simple way to organise your contacts, enquiries and ongoing communication.
I offer done-for-you HubSpot Free and Starter set up, helping you put the right foundations in place so your storytelling and marketing is supported by a system that actually works.
This includes organising your contacts in a clear and usable way, setting up a simple sales pipeline, creating forms and landing pages to capture interest, and putting in place email and blog templates that support how you communicate.
The focus is not on adding complexity. It is on making sure everything works together.
So when you are sharing stories, publishing content or receiving enquiries, you have a clear place for it to go and a simple way to follow it up.
The result is a system that feels organised, practical and aligned with how you work, rather than something that sits in the background unused.

HubSpot clean-up and optimisation
Making your systems support your storytelling and marketing
If you are already using HubSpot but it feels unclear, inconsistent or difficult to rely on, I offer done-for-you support to bring everything back into order.
As your storytelling and marketing becomes more consistent, your systems need to keep up. This means having clear contact data, simple processes and a structure you can actually use day to day.
I work with you to clean, restructure and simplify your HubSpot Free or Starter account. This includes organising and standardising your contacts, refining your sales pipelines, simplifying automation, and making sure your system reflects how you actually work.
The focus is on clarity and usability, not adding more layers.
So when you are sharing stories, generating interest and having conversations, everything is captured, organised and easy to follow up.
The result is a CRM you understand and trust, with reliable data, consistent follow-up and a clear view of what is really happening across your marketing and sales.

Storytelling-led marketing session
A focused one-hour session to review how you are sharing your work
If you are doing meaningful work but finding it difficult to talk about it clearly or consistently, this one-hour session gives you space to step back and refocus.
We look at how you are currently sharing your work, what stories already exist within your organisation or business, and where there are opportunities to communicate more simply and consistently.
This is not about creating a full marketing plan. It is about helping you see what is already there and how it can be shaped into storytelling-led marketing that feels natural and manageable.
We will explore:
What you are already doing that could be turned into stories
What is not being captured or shared yet
Where your current marketing feels unclear or difficult to maintain
Simple ways to create a more consistent approach
You will leave with a clearer sense of what to focus on and a practical way to begin.
For some, this session is enough to reset how they approach their marketing.
For others, it becomes the starting point for working together more closely.

I have worked in sales and marketing for over 30 years, starting in my parents’ shop and later leading award-winning sales teams and securing multi-million-pound contracts in corporate recruitment.
In 2018, I stepped away from that high-pressure world to build a business aligned with my values. I started my consultancy at 48, with a clear intention to work in a more grounded and sustainable way, and to help others do the same.
Since then, my work has evolved.
I now partner with organisations and businesses to help them share what they do through storytelling-led marketing. This has included working closely with community-led projects, partnerships and local organisations, capturing real stories and turning them into marketing that feels clear, human and consistent.
Across everything I do, the focus remains the same.
To make marketing feel more natural, more manageable and more reflective of the work that is actually happening.
I spend time listening, asking questions and understanding the people behind the work. From there, I help shape those conversations into stories that can be shared through blogs, video, audio and ongoing content.
I believe the most effective marketing does not come from trying to say more.
It comes from noticing what is already there and sharing it well.
