I’m a sales and marketing consultant who works with businesses, organisations and community-focused teams that need experienced, done-for-you support but don’t have the time or in-house capacity to deliver it themselves.
Most of my work involves stepping in as an extension of a team. Bringing clarity, structure and calm to sales and marketing so the work gets done properly and consistently, without unnecessary noise or pressure.

This includes shaping messages, managing content, supporting engagement, building relationships and putting simple systems in place that make day-to-day marketing feel manageable.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all strategies. Every business and organisation has different priorities, pressures and resources. My role is not to tell you how your business should be run, but to help you put strong foundations in place so growth feels more confident and sustainable.

My intention is to return to Roadmap to Revenue with an updated version that is simpler, more intentional and grounded in real-world experience.

I’m Jose, the founder of Jose Davies Marketing.
My passion for sales and marketing began when I was working in my parents’ shop, it is where I first discovered the excitement of selling at just 13.
That early spark led to a 30-year career in corporate recruitment and sales, where I led award-winning teams, secured multi-million-pound contracts, and consistently exceeded targets.
But in 2019, I chose a different path. I stepped away from the high-pressure world of corporate sales to build a business aligned with my values one that supports others without the stress and overwhelm.
I started my business at 49, motivated by a desire for more freedom, flexibility, and the chance to build something of my own.
Since then, I’ve helped over 150 small businesses transform how they approach sales and marketing. Whether it’s building confidence, refining processes, or creating clarity through tailored strategies, my goal is to make growth feel simpler and more achievable.
I'm married to Gary, who runs his own photography and videography business. I’m also a proud mum to Charlie, my 28-year-old son.
I'm all about living a life that feels intentional, energising, and aligned with what really matters.
I love getting out for long walks in nature, practising yoga, and making space for meditation – simple routines that keep me grounded and clear-headed.
