Roadmap to Revenue Foundations is a one to one programme designed to help business owners put the right foundations in place so their business feels steadier, clearer and easier to run.

This work is for business owners who are good at what they do, but know that behind the scenes things are being held together by memory, inboxes and effort rather than clear systems and structure.

The focus isn’t on growth for growth’s sake.
It’s about creating calm, practical foundations across your sales, marketing and systems so your business can properly support the life you want to live.

How the programme works

Step one: Discovery Call

Every client begins with an Discovery Call.

Once you book, you’ll receive a simple questionnaire asking about:

  • Your business name and website address
  • How long have you been in business?
  • How do most people currently find or hear about you?
  • What feels hardest or most frustrating about your marketing right now?
  • What would you like to be different six months from now?
  • Have you tried anything already to improve this?

This helps me come to our discovery call with a clearer understanding of your business.

After reviewing your answers, I will send you a calendar link to book your 30 minutes free discovery call, we will cover:

  • Your ideal client and target audience.
  • The systems and processes you currently have in place.
  • The Marketing assets you are using to attract clients. 
  • How you manage sales, marketing and follow up.
  • The tools you’re using in your business.
  • Your mindset.
  • Your why.

Delivery of the Programme

The initial programme is delivered over four weeks, with:

  • one two-hour session per week
  • four sessions in total

Sessions are live on Zoom and recorded for you to keep. You can purchase extra modules once you have completed the first 4 modules.

Once your core foundations are in place, you can continue with individual modules as needed.

    We begin with your why, your values and your purpose, so your business has direction rather than drift. From there, we define your ideal client in detail. Who they are, where they are in their journey, what matters to them and how they make decisions.

    Understanding the problems your ideal client is actively trying to solve.

    Marketing becomes easier when you speak to real challenges rather than general ideas. We identify the needs, frustrations and desires your client is already thinking about and searching for help with, so your messaging connects naturally.

  • Your Offers That Solve Those Problems

    Shaping an offer that clearly responds to the needs you have identified.

    We refine what you deliver, the outcome it creates and how you talk about it without overcomplicating it. Your offer becomes structured, aligned and easy to understand.

    When your offer is clear, sales conversations feel simpler and more grounded.

  • Marketing and Content Foundations

    Learning how to consistently speak to your ideal client about the problems they want solving.

    We explore long form content such as blogs, building an email list through newsletters or a simple free resource, and thoughtful social media. This is where we introduce the one topic per week approach, so your marketing becomes focused rather than overwhelming.

    We also look at where your content should live and how to share it, including simple CRM foundations using HubSpot as the teaching platform.

  • Strategic Planning and Momentum

    Turning ideas into focused action.

    We decide what to prioritise over the next 90 days, what to pause and where your energy will create the most impact. You leave with a realistic plan that supports steady progress.

  • Brand Foundations and Visual Identity

    Creating a practical, usable brand that reflects your values and supports your work.

    You will define colours, fonts, imagery and key digital assets, bringing everything together in a simple brand guide you can confidently use and share.

  • Sales Foundations and Follow Up

    Building a calm, structured sales process using the framework

    Enquiry → Discovery → Recommendation → Next Steps.

    You will understand where leads are coming from, how to run purposeful discovery calls and how to follow up consistently without pressure.

  • Customer Journey and Retention

    Looking at the full client experience, from first contact to repeat work.

    You will refine how clients move through your business so the experience feels clear, human and consistent.

     

  • Financial Foundations and Sustainable Pricing

    This module brings your offers, pricing and financial visibility into alignment so your business feels both viable and calm to run.

    We refine your offers and pricing so they reflect your experience, capacity and income goals. That means shaping services that are easy for clients to understand and buy, and sustainable for you to deliver without stretching yourself too thin.

    Alongside this, we put simple money foundations in place. You gain clarity around income, expenses and cash flow in a way that feels manageable rather than overwhelming. The aim is not complex spreadsheets, but clear visibility, so you can make grounded decisions with confidence and understand what your business truly needs to generate each month.

  • Sustainable Leadership and Working Rhythm

    This module focuses on how you lead and structure your business in a way that protects both your wellbeing and your confidence.

    We design a working rhythm that supports your energy, life and long term sustainability. That includes looking at capacity, boundaries and how your weeks and months are shaped so growth does not come at the cost of your health or relationships. The aim is to create a pace that feels realistic and repeatable, not reactive.

    Alongside this, we strengthen how you think about your business and your role within it. We work on confidence in pricing and decision making, reduce comparison, and help you trust the foundations you have put in place. When your internal leadership feels steady, your external decisions become clearer and more consistent.

My Roadmap to Revenue foundations programme is designed to simplify your marketing, sales, systems and processes and maximise growth, with personalised support every step of the way

How the Programme Works

Each Roadmap to Revenue module is a focused two-hour working session, designed to move one key foundation of your business forward in a practical, structured way.

The investment per module is £250.

When we begin working together, we start with a minimum of four modules.

This means your initial investment is £1,000.

After completing the first four modules, you are free to continue with individual modules as and when you need them at £250 per session.

The First Four Modules: Building Your Core Foundations

When we begin, we focus on the foundations that most small business owners have never properly built.

These first four modules are designed to give you clarity, structure and a simple way to communicate your value consistently.

One meaningful topic per week becomes your blog, your newsletter and your social media content, all linked back to your offer. We then ensure your offer is visible on the right platforms for your business, so your marketing is not just consistent, but purposeful

It’s suitable whether you are just starting out or have been self employed for years and want things to feel steadier and more manageable.

I feel like I should already have this sorted. Is this programme still right for me?

Yes, absolutely.

Most people who come to this work are good at what they do and have been running their business for a while. They’re not starting from nothing. They’ve simply reached a point where holding everything together by memory, inboxes and effort no longer feels sustainable.

This programme exists because it’s very common to focus on the work first and the foundations later. That doesn’t mean you’re behind or have done anything wrong. It usually means your business has grown and now needs clearer structure.

Roadmap to Revenue Foundations is about meeting you where you are and building from there, without judgement or pressure.

 

Do I need to be using HubSpot already?

No.

Some people come into the programme already using HubSpot but not fully trusting or understanding it. Others are completely new to it. Both are fine.

If HubSpot is the right tool for your business, we’ll look at setting it up or simplifying it in a way that feels clear and manageable. If it’s not the right fit yet, we’ll talk that through too.

The focus is always on foundations first, not forcing a particular tool.

How practical is the programme?

Very practical.

This is hands on, one to one support. We work with your real business, your real systems and your real constraints.

You won’t be given generic frameworks or left with lots of homework. We take time to put things in place properly, talk decisions through, and make changes together so they actually stick.

The aim is to leave you feeling clearer and lighter, not more overwhelmed.

 

How much time will I need to commit?

This programme is designed to fit around real working lives.

Sessions are structured and focused, and we only work on what’s genuinely helpful right now. There’s no expectation to do everything at once or to overhaul your entire business.

Most people find that putting the right foundations in place actually saves time and mental energy very quickly, because they stop rethinking and redoing the same things.

 

What if I’m already busy and things are working, just not very smoothly?

That’s exactly the point many people come to this work.

Things are working, but they feel fragile.
You’re busy, but it feels heavier than it should.
You’re managing, but you don’t fully trust what’s happening behind the scenes.

Roadmap to Revenue Foundations is designed for this in between stage. It helps you move from coping to feeling steady, without disrupting what’s already working.
